KallieCaresInc is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to empowering families on their NICU journey. We provide compassionate peer-to-peer support and essential care packages to families who are navigating the challenges of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Our mission is to be a beacon of hope for parents and their premature babies. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of families who are going through a difficult time.
About Us
At the heart of our organization is a deeply personal journey. Founded by Lynn Fletcher, a mother who, at 26 weeks, welcomed her daughter Kallie Rae into the world. Kallie spent four months in the NICU, facing numerous challenges. It was during this trying time that Lynn, inspired by her own experience, received a thoughtful care package that included a journal. This simple yet profound gesture became a lifeline for Lynn, offering a space to express emotions, document Kallie’s progress, and take notes during medical rounds.

Today, Kallie Rae is not just a testament to resilience but a vibrant and thriving toddler, surpassing milestones. This journey fuels our commitment to supporting NICU families.
